Dr. M. Alex O. Vasilescu was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Toronto. She is a pioneer in the development of tensor algebraic approaches for computer vision, graphics and machine learning.  A biometric expert with over 20 years of experience whose work has been funded by the TSWG, the Department of Defense’s Combating Terrorism Support Program, and by IARPA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's, Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity.  Her work was featured on the cover of Computer World, and in articles in the New York Times, Washington Times, etc. 

Dr. Joseph Atick, is a recognized worldwide expert on identity matters, having been one of the founders of the identity industry more than 25 years ago, where he had led several companies in the space and developed some of the foundational algorithms underlying secure digital identity today. 


He is a trusted adviser and counsel to governments and international development agencies on Identity matters. Focused on helping the world adopt identity technology responsibly and for the common good. Interests & expertise include the applications of secure digital identity to social protection, mobility, border facilitation, enhanced security, civil & human rights, democracy, governance, service delivery, and generally as a driver for socioeconomic development around the world. Strong partner and counsel to the World Bank ID4D program.  Dr. Atick earned a Ph.D. in Mathematical Physics from Stanford University.

Howard Leonhardt is a serial entrepreneur with 20 patents. He co-invented, developed and brought to market a series of cardiovascular balloon catheters: the TALENT(Taheri-Leonhardt) stent graft, intravascular lung catheter, radiation delivery catheter, percutaneousheart valve, and Pro-Cell stem cell delivery system. TALENT stent graft holds 70% of world market forthoracic aneurysm repair and 25% of abdominal aortic aneurysm repair market today.

Dr. Paul Griffin is Stanford educated with 25+ years expertise in biometrics and quantative  finance.  He is Director, portfolio management at WorldQuant LLC, former CTO at Identix and Visionics Inc. and executive at Goldman Sachs, Ab Initio, Extrema Captial Inc.
